Jason K. Hutchinson graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelors of Science in Political Science in 1998. While attending Western Carolina, he was an active member of Pi Lambda Phi, a service organization.
Mr. Hutchinson graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2004. He enjoyed success in oral advocacy placing sixth out of a national field of seventy-eight advocates in the Robert F. Wagner National Moot Court Competition. He was also named an Honor Court Student Defender. In the Summer of 2003, Mr. Hutchinson was a Certified Legal Intern for the State Attorney’s Office of the Fourth Judicial Circuit.
Mr. Hutchinson was admitted to practice law in Florida in 2004. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel, the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
After joining the firm as an associate in January 2005, he devotes his practice to personal injury and railroad litigation.
