Karal B. Oberdier received her B.A. in accounting from the University of South Florida in 1975, where she was on the Dean’s List.

Ms. Oberdier graduated from Stetson Law School in 1977, where she received Honorable Mention I the Moot Court Competition.

Ms. Oberdier was admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida in 1977. Ms. Oberdier is a member of The Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel, and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel.

Ms. Oberdier devotes her practice to personal injury and railroad litigation. She has argued before the First District Court of Appeals, the Second District Court of Appeals and the Florida Supreme Court.

In 1991 Ms. Oberdier received her Master of Science in Health Science from the University of North Florida.

Ms. Oberdier joined the firm as an associate in 1992 and became a partner in the firm in 2000.

In January of 2008 Ms. Oberdier became a member of the Board of Directors of The Arc Jacksonville, Inc.
